It is in your best interest to accept and complete as many of the available Side Quests in a given zone as you possibly can because some of them offer unique caches of valuable crafting materials or gear rewards. Fractured Peaks-Related Side Quests and Other AdventuresIF YOU WOULD PLEASE EXCUSE ME, I WOULD LIKE TO RUN DOWN SOME QUICK FACTS ON DIABLO IV. Forgive MeFind Roza and hand the note to her, but make sure it's covered in blood.
This location can be found in the Kor Dragan Barracks, which are situated in the Fractured Peaks region.

FORGIVE ME OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY
Excuse Me, Could You Please ObjectivesA bereaved wife, whose husband has vanished, and a note that connects the three of them together, with you in the middle of it all: this is the scenario. The finding of this note will send you on a mission to either fulfill a destitute woman's wish for peace or put her through her worst nightmare. Your choice will determine the outcome of the mission. Instructions for the game Forgive MeFirst, you will need to find the note that is covered in blood. When you first enter the dungeon of the Kor Dragan Barracks, it may give the impression that you are exploring some other old and abandoned building. However, in reality, you are in the dungeon of the Kor Dragan Barracks. That is, until you make your way through the world and come across Elite Julek, Herald of Woe.
After you have given Julek what's coming to him, you will find the Bloodied Note strewn about among the spoils that he has collected. As soon as you have it in your possession, you will be given directions on where to find Roza. Find RozaYou are free to finish up that business before you leave the dungeon now that Roza is not present there to prevent you from doing so. You can find Roza by going to Menestad in the western part of the map. Alternatively, if you have the Waypoint unlocked, you can use it to get there more quickly.
As you make your way through the town, a woman who has a frantic tone to her voice will call out to you from the area that is to the north of the Waypoint. She will ask you if you have seen a man named Julek. Obviously, this is Roza. The situation is about to become significantly more awkward for everyone involved. Step 3: Give the Bleeding Note to the Person You Have in Mind to Receive ItAs soon as you hand Roza the note, she will immediately begin pleading with you to reveal the location of her husband. You should, however, refrain from giving her any information about her husband while he is currently performing his best impression of a shattered pinata on the floor of the dungeon. She is in such a state of emotional turmoil that she goes off by herself to bury herself in the snow.
I Beg Your Forgiveness, Tips, and Directions PleaseYou can have another conversation with Roza after the quest has been finished in order to receive the complete monster experience. It is strongly suggested that barbarians, in particular, finish the Kor Dragan Barracks dungeon before turning in this quest. This is due to the fact that doing so will earn them the Aspect of Anemia upon successful completion of the dungeon. It is not a terrible idea to finish this quest while also working on the Menestad Coffers quest because a quest objective for the Menestad Coffers quest is located quite close to the dungeon entrance, and both quests culminate in Menestad.
Your Reward for Being Able to Forgive MeThe player receives a bonus of +20 Fractured Peaks whenever they use the ability Forgive Me. Along with an Herb Cache, you will receive Renown and Gold in addition to Experience that is Proportional to Your Level.
