The Swedish Profession Organization for Online gaming (BOS) has commented on the suggested changes put ahead by the Swedish Ministry of Finance on the Money Laundering Act.
Gustaf Hoffstedt, BOS Secretary Basic, began off by saying: "We stand for about twenty gaming companies energetic in the Swedish gaming market.
"This makes us Sweden's biggest profession organization within our industry. All participants have a permit/allow issued by Spelinspektionen."

The changes would certainly see Anti-Money Laundering (AML) infractions escalated to the same degree as those in the gaming Act, thus enhancing penalties.
Hoffstedt continued: "There's no need to downgrade AML infractions together with various other infractions, on the other hand, these are amongst one of the most major infractions that can occur in the gaming market.
"BOS therefore approves the proposition, with the remarks listed below as necessary enhancements."
However, Hoffstedt took place to emphasise that while it would certainly be appropriate for the courts to manage the sanction choices, this could lead to additional problems should the courts favour the gaming companies.
Second of all, BOS also asked for that the sanction fees should follow the monetary security and credibility of the gaming industry.
Hoffstedt provided the last point in behalf of BOS: "Third, BOS cannot highlight enough the importance that charge charges for AML violations, such as violations of the gaming Act, should be based upon the supposed GGR (Gross Video pc gaming Revenue), i.e. what remains in money after payouts have been paid bent on the gaming customers.
"This is also something that's highlighted in the Ministry of Finance's memorandum, which we invite."
This is because the present charge fees are based upon the total turn over, which has led to high fees for companies.
