I probably have a dozen different eyeshadow palettes, so I can pull off any look. In light of all of this, I have been carefully planning my upcoming looks based on the summer 2023 makeup trends, and I am pleased to report that this year's crop of makeup products is particularly impressive. BellaIt is a technique in which you draw on your contour and blush underneath your foundation, and it has been going viral on TikTok for months as the reason why celebrities such as Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber's makeup looks so blended. Other celebrities who have been credited with popularizing this technique include Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, and Gigi Hadid. However, according to Harris, you can anticipate that this makeup trend will continue on through the summer. It's the best technique to achieve a seamless and sculpted summer glow without looking like you're wearing a ton of makeup, says celebrity makeup artist Pat McGrath4, who also predicts that lips with two different tones will be a major beauty trend for the year 2023. A basic bright lip? You have the option of using contrasting colors on your top and bottom lips, or you can try your hand at some lip art by first drawing an outline around your lips using one color, and then filling it in with another color.

However, the key to success here is to select a liquid lipstick that dries down rapidly and comes in two different shades

Bright washes of color across the eyes, such as the look that makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes created here, are one of the major spring makeup trends that will carry over into the summertime. If you feel as though your pastel neutral eyeshadow palette looks chalky and ashy on your skin, pat on your white neutral eyeshadow palette (see game products) base with a shader brush before applying your eyeshadow.9.
